With over 20 years of frontline experience in chaplaincy, community development, leadership, and not-for-profit innovation, Dave brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and real-world empathy to every consulting engagement.
He’s not just a coach or strategist — he’s walked the long road of burnout, rebuilding, and breakthrough. That journey fuels his passion to help other mission-driven leaders build stronger, healthier, and more sustainable organisations.
